Old vine Sauvignon Blanc grown on flint and limestone in the village of Sancerre. To call Annick’s wines precise is an understatement, she is a true artisan. This 3 hectare plot delivers a tightly wound wine with a chalky intensity, lemon essence, orchids and white asparagus notes. The finish sparkles with a sense of sea salt and flint. The perfect wine for outdoor dining: weighing in at 12.6%.

25 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines grown on limestone and kimmeridgian marls (oyster shells fossils). Annick has produced a polished Pouilly Fume with ripe white floral and fruit nuances, beaming acidity keeps the wine exact and sharp. A mineral-laced smoky accent with fresh citrus peel and powerful intensity. Serve outdoors with grilled seafood.
