We know each vine and vineyard by heart. We have defined our taste and style interpreting with
consideration the native vines of our territory. We have chosen to work with only 3 autochthonous
varietals and with patience and time we have selected plots of land where altitude, exposure and
composition of the ground best suit each grape variety.
