We’ve managed to get our hands on a little more of our favourite Pinot Noir. Described as the Prince of Pinot, Winemaker Steve Doerner has been making wine for 37 years, 14 years at Calera in California and 23 years at Cristom in Oregon. Luke Jefferson is his personal project and Symbion is his value oriented bottling. Microscopic production of three barrels makes this a Pinot not to miss, the wine also has the added benefit of a little bottle age.
