Return & Refund Policy

Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking charge may apply. Please contact our order desk at 416-498-0241 or e-mail orders@thecaseforwine.com to arrange for the return. Please note: Coravin Capsules are non-returnable and will not be refunded.

Warranty Policy

The Case for Wine warrants that the device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (whichever is later) from The Case for Wine. This warranty only applies to devices that were purchased from The Case for Wine.  This warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which the Coravin product was used.

How do I make a claim?

If you experience any problems with your Coravin System, please contact Customer Service at orders@thecaseforwine.com. Please have information available regarding the device purchased, device serial number, and date of purchase. If you are instructed to return your device to The Case for Wine, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs incurred in returning your device and any other requested materials. Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the device.
