$147.95 / Bottle

92 Points – Wine Spectator
A smooth texture envelops the cherry, strawberry, eucalyptus, tobacco and spice flavors. Well-integrated and approachable now if decanted, but the dense tannins recommend this to a year or two of aging. Best from 2018 through 2033. 466 cases made.
91 Points - Vinous
Pecchenino's 2012 Barolo San Giuseppe is aromatic, lifted and finessed, yet it also has plenty of depth. Pine, mint, sweet dried cherry, tobacco and blood orange give the 2012 its perfumed, lifted personality. Deceptively medium in body, the 2012 offers notable intensity in a restrained, laid back style. The San Giuseppe is the most gracious of the three Pecchenino 2012 Barolos, which makes it an excellent choice for drinking over the medium-term. Silky, polished tannins add to the wine's considerable appeal. Monforte D' alba Piedmont - By Antonio Galloni
