2019 Mauro Veglio Barolo Gattera

"With fruit from 70-year-old vines in La Morra, the 2019 Barolo Gattera has aromas that recall cherry or plum, especially dried fruit, over a luminous appearance and medium-bodied mouthfeel. The wine is silky on the close with soft tannins; however, like the other wines in this portfolio, I find the fruit to be less expressive in terms of bouquet.
