The Chardonnay grapes are sourced from across the Burgundy region, more specifically from the sub-regions of Auxerrois, Côte Chalonnaise, and Mâconnais. Domaine Chanson also owns 1.7 hectares in the Côte Chalonnaise and Chassagne-Montrachet.

Ripe and round aromas of red apple, white tea, and wet river rock lead the nose of this wine. The palate is textured and balanced, with racy acidity cutting through layers of citrus pith and white peach.
