The Agnes now contains fruit from eight vineyards, seven coastal (Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge) and one from Shaw’s Mountain, the recently created new WO. Just a few percentage points of new wood, mostly large format, Stockinger and other Foudres. Higher production (for Crystallum) at 25,000 bottles for the lexical entry and launching point for a chardonnay at the hands of brothers Peter-Allan and Andrew Finlayson. Drink 2026-2028.
