Latte Miele Pecorino

Native grape from Marche and Abruzzo regions where sheep farming was prevalent "pecora" is the Italian word for sheep.
This grape was nearly extinct and is not being revived. Forbes Magazine says it's "The next great Italian white wine"

Much more complex than a crisp Pinot Grigio or slatey Sauvignon Blanc; it has more character and a richer flavour profile. Notes 
of exotic fruit, florals, dry herbs, minerality, all balanced by fresh acidity and a slightly heavier mouthfeel.
Pairs well with hors d'ouevres, delicate courses, seafood and white meats.
