Ayala's Brut Nature is the same base wine as its Brut Majeur, yet with four instead of three years on the lees and with zero dosage. It's very pure and fresh, with clean citrus threaded throughout. A crisp, stony Champagne with subtle hints of toasty complexity. Easy to enjoy and at a great price point.

The NV Brut Nature is a rich, heady Champagne with terrific balance and tons of character. Orchard fruit, dried flowers, chamomile and spice are some of the many aromas and flavors that gradually take shape in the glass. This release is a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier, vintages 2019 to 2016. No dosage style yields a Champagne that is naturally a touch stark, but it works quite well here because of long aging on the lees and the blend of vintages going back to 2016.
